To maximize our vacation time, Ryan and I took our vaca to Cabo over Thanksgiving. It was Cabo as usual - wake up late, go to the pool/beach, drink cold beverages, go out to eat for dinner, then go to bed and do it all over again. Relaxation!
This trip was a bit more "exciting" than the others. For about two full days we were without any power in the house. No lights, no fridge, nada. It was kind of fun lighting candles for two nights - but that was about all we could handle before it became old.
Ryan and I set off in search of a taco stand one night and we came upon this one. It was soo good! We ended up eating there about three more times. Just writing about it makes my mouth water. It was gooood stuff.
